Rizvya Return Policy

At Rizvya, we value your shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it under the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.

• Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to ship the product back.

1. Refund Policy

• After inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• A ₹100 deduction will be applied as return shipping charges.
• Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.

1. Non-Returnable Items

• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
• Gift cards, clearance items, and free giveaways are non-returnable.

1. Exchange Option

• Instead of a refund, you can request an exchange for another item of equal or higher value (price difference payable if applicable).
